    Running the Room

    in Bill Rogers Behaviour

    Really interesting listening, particularly around the use of routines and explicitly teaching the expected behaviour, right down to how to walk along a corridor. Something that really struck a chord was that it is not the severity of the sanction, but the certainty that has the most impact.
